In today’s ever evolving technology landscape, customers need clear, convenient and improved ways to interact with digital services. Our activities in smart media provide a seamless and consistent experience while using Deutsche Telekom products and services. In cooperation with our partners and academia we design and develop optimized backend architecture for modern User Interface (UI) technologies like digital twins and 3D models for private and industrial environments. We leverage smart gathering, processing and delivery of data based Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies as the context information for XR solutions. The application focus is on XR based collaboration, entertainment, gaming and various other areas in line with the customer demand. Our team ambition is to create the best XR based solutions, support the standardization of XR applications and explore the interaction patterns in virtual environments.

We work to remove technical complexity from the user and establish an exciting touchpoint. Multi-modal and adaptable media with smart user interfaces enabled by Artificial Intelligence (AI) will provide efficient and secure personalization. New immersive mixed reality entertainment features and partner play interrelate with XR technologies.
